I am going to talk about experiences that all people go through in life to achieve that peace and harmony we all strive for. Now everybody will talk about how light, carefree and so much in love they feel with all things surrounding us which is a beautiful thing in fairness but this process comes only when we have to go through a painful and almost breaking period of 'shredding' away of things that no longer benefit us. Yes you heard me right awareness is not about gaining something but in actual fact a 'shedding' all things that no longer benefit us on even the smallest level. I often get accused of being stand offish and running away from people and in some cases abandoning people which is not true i just know by listening to my body that i can't be around them because of the emotional response my body generates around people. Now take myself just now. I woke up three weeks ago feeling awful and knowing that something has to change i can't really express it in words. So i thought what is my body trying to tell me. So i sat and focused on the thoughts, ideas and images and first it was to change my dietary intake. Now i have given up wheat, gluten, lactose, caffeine, potatoes and sugar. This might seem extreme but my body was screaming out for it and i tell you what a difference it makes now i don't crave these foods any more at all. I have added peanuts, almonds and coconut oil to my eating habits and i feel great. The next thing is was really stiff and sore so again i study my thoughts and was shown yoga and pilates poses to aid with me opening up blockages emotionally. Now i accept that this is what i had to do for myself but with anyone one it's an individualistic thing some may need more or less than me. The real point here is for us to gain and become more peaceful we first have to purify and shed all attachments that no longer benefit us to enable us to vibrate at a higher frequency to achieve our maximum potential. The dark side of becoming more aware is painful because sadly but vitally we have to confront what is blocking us and preventing us for being happy and not to fight these things but to play them out in real time as to allow us to learn heal and finally let go of all these attachments which hinder us. During this process you'll likely have vibrational flu, brain fog, sluggishness, lack of appetite, sleep disruption etc etc but give it a couple of weeks of healing and studying yourself if will improve and you'll come out of the other side with a fresh outlook akin to seeing everything different yet exactly the same which is great because it's actually you that's change not anyone else a bit like Alice through the looking glass. The drawbacks of shedding is the people who you've tried to limit yourself to will come back and try and monopolise your time again but that's fine because you should have learnt how to have stricter boundaries and learnt from the mistakes previously made.
